return & exchange policy
Era jewelry studio makes every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will endeavor to ensure you are satisfied.
You have a right to return the item(s), even if it is not faulty in any way, up to 14 days following receipt of your items.
A full refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of us receiving evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner.
Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for paying for the cost shipment of returned items
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable:
a. Items that are personalized
b. Items that are made-to-order to your specific requirements
c Items which have been sold as faulty or have been
described as having flaws, often, but not always, at a
reduced rate.
